Scottish Hairdresser of the Year Finalist

 

Karen Thomson, Salon Owner of Kam Hair Salon in Lossiemouth, has once again been shortlisted for prestigious Scottish Hairdresser of the Year title. 

HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional are recognised globally as the ultimate accolade in hairdressing. Since their launch 39 years ago, the awards recognises the most credible names in the hairdressing industry as both finalists and winners.

Karen comments: "I am so happy to be a finalist for Scottish Hairdresser of the Year! Thank you to all of my team. I'm very excited for the final. I love my collection and so happy the judges did too! Well done and congratulations to all the other finalists."

Karen is no stranger to winning awards. In 2018 she was announced as Scottish Hairdresser of the Year. The iconic photographic competition requires hairdressing professionals and artistic teams from across the country to create a collection of images that showcase their creativity and technical ability.

Judged by an esteemed panel of industry professionals who between them rack up some impressive accolades, skill and experience, are now tasked with finding the winners. The British Hairdressing Awards 2023 will be held on Monday 27th November 2023 at JW Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
