Hair or Beauty Services over 1hr require a 50% deposit to book which is non refundable if cancelled within 48hrs (Mon apt must be cancelled by Friday at 6pm)
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel please give us at least 48hrs notice. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of 25%, less than 24hrs will incur 50%, not turning up will incur a 100% charge. Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced appointment time. All packages or block bookings must be confirmed with a credit card, this includes services that are more than 1hr. Please note we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT at 20%.
