Important Announcement: Introducing Deposits for Hair and Beauty Services!

Why are we implementing deposits?
The main reason is to minimize last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a salon, we strive to accommodate all our clients and provide exceptional service. However, when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice or clients fail to show up, it not only affects our schedule but also prevents other clients from booking those time slots.
How will this help us?
By introducing deposits, we can better manage our schedule and allocate our resources effectively. It allows us to secure your appointment and ensures that our team can dedicate their time and expertise to providing you with the best possible service.  
How will the deposit system work?
When booking your appointment, we will kindly request a deposit to secure your slot. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show without sufficient notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Unforeseen circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes to your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.  
We believe that implementing this deposit system will benefit both our clients and our salon. It will allow us to continue providing exceptional service and ensure that every client receives the attention and care they deserve.
